Any true and lasting change requires about 20% insight and 80% mental muscle building.

My mentor, Shirzad Chamine, has pioneered an operating system to eliminate the evaporation between insight and positive change.

It shows you how to master self-command, interceptor & sage brain muscles. 

To build the muscles, Positive Intelligence® teaches you how to build new sage brain powers (neural pathways) with three two-minute exercises and a brief journal prompt at the end of the day.

The results of factor analysis show that there are only 10 negative and 5 positive factors at the root of emotional intelligence, soft skills, leadership competencies, stress management, managing conflict, generating trust, selling, persuasion, peak performance & happiness.
